O’Connell joins Marken as chief financial officer

Marken, a life sciences supply chain management organization, has named Christopher O'Connell chief financial officer.

O'Connell joins Marken with more than 20 years experience in the laboratory manufacturing and distribution services, construction and public accounting industries. He most recently worked for Thermo Fisher Scientific as vice president of finance for the Customer Channels Group.  He also served Fisher in various roles which involved the development of the company's portfolio strategies, acquisitions and integration of new companies, management of shared service functions as well as having full income statement responsibilities across multiple business lines.
