Omnicare has named Kathleen McGuan its senior vice president and chief compliance officer. McGuan will oversee and lead Omnicare's corporate compliance function.  In this role, she will be a key contributor as the company continues to reinforce its commitment on compliance. McGuan was formerly Omnicare's interim chief compliance officer.

"During the past several months, she has been invaluable in reshaping our strategy around compliance while cultivating relationships with various healthcare agencies.  We look forward to Kathleen's continued efforts to leverage her extensive background in healthcare law and policy to the benefit of our stakeholders,” said John Figueroa, Omnicare's chief executive officer.
