Ipsen and Biomérieux partner in theranostics

Two French companies have formed a global collaboration in theranostics. Ipsen and bioMérieux will focus on hormone-dependent cancers.

They have signed an agreement to develop a personalized approach to medicine based on Ipsen’s portfolio of innovative compounds and bioMérieux’s diagnostic tests, identifying programs that will benefit from a therapeutic and a companion diagnostic test, especially in treating prostate and breast cancers, neuro-endocrine tumors and pituitary tumors.
