Patrick Melvin joins oncology leadership team at INC Research

CRO INC Research has named Patrick Melvin executive director, Oncology. He will be using his hematology/oncology trial experience for phase I first-in-man studies through pivotal global phase IV programs.

Melvin has nearly 20 years of experience in clinical drug development in hematology and oncology. He previously worked in operations, strategic planning and corporate development within the oncology business of both PPD and Premier Research. His key early-phase experience includes multiple variations of early-phase hematology/oncology trial designs, while his later-phase experience includes pivotal trial experience in the U.S., Western and Eastern Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
