Now Public, ClinPhone Raises $100 Million

In a successful initial public offering (IPO) on the London Stock Exchange, ClinPhone, a Nottingham, Englandbased clinical trials technology solutions company, raised more than $100 million.

Chiltern International Acquired by Investment Group Czura Thornton

Chiltern International, a London, England-based contract research organization (CRO) has been acquired by the private investment group Czura Thornton, a partnership created by Anthony Czura and Nick Thornton. Financial details were not disclosed.
