General Information
Lovenox has been approved for the following indications: (1) the
inpatient treatment of acute deep vein thrombosis with and without
pulmonary embolism, when administered in conjunction with warfarin
sodium, and (2) the outpatients treatment of acute deep vein
thrombosis without pulmonary embolism when administered in
conjunction with warfarin sodium.
