Do you suffer from severe reflux or heartburn?
Have you been diagnosed with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)?
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that subjects with gastroesophageal reflux disease whose symptoms are well-controlled on twice daily proton pump inhibitors, remain well-controlled when switched to dexlansoprazole MR. Total participation time in this study is anticipated to be 12 weeks.

Does your child suffer from tummy aches, abdominal pain, and/or reflux? If so, they may have gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
DO YOU HAVE PERSISTENT HEARTBURN (AT LEAST 2 DAYS A WEEK)?
A Dose-Response Efficacy and Safety Study of Arbaclofen Placarbil (XP19986) as Adjunctive Therapy in Subjects with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) who are Incomplete Responders to a Proton Pump Inhibitor (PPI).

A randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled, multi-centre phase IIb dose finding study to assess the effect on GERD symptoms, safety and tolerability during four weeks treatment with AZD3355 in doses 60 mg, 120 mg, 180 mg and 240 mg bid as add-on treatment to a PPI in patients with GERD that are partial responders to PPI treatment
