Brain Activation in Preadolescents with Low vs. High Risk for Subsequent Substance Abuse
Is your Child Hyperactive? Impulsive? Inattentive? Does he or
she have difficulties playing with other children or completing
school assignments? If your child has some of these problems he or
she may qualify to participate in a research study that offers a
complete psychiatric evaluation and treatment recommendations in
addition to two magnetic resonance scans(MRIs)and one time dosing
of a FDA approved drug for the treatment of ADHD.
Compensation Provided
Patient Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria:
-diagnosis of ADHD or symptoms of ADHD
-ages 8-10
-Never treated with Stimulants before
