Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation for Hematological Malignancies: Neuropsychological Function after Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation

You have been asked to participate in this research study because you are undergoing or have undergone a hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) at the City of Hope. The purpose of this study is to examine late effects of HCT, including evaluation of quality of life, fatigue (tiredness), and potential problems with neurocognitive function (such as thinking, concentration, and memory). Your participation in this study is expected to involve five 2-hour evaluation sessions over the next 3 years.
