Trial Information
People with complicated skin and skin structure infections are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Southbay Pharma Research.
You may be eligible to participate in this study if
you:
- Are Male or female at least 18 years of age
- Are currently hospitalized with either, an infected ulcer,
infected first or second degree burns, major abscess, or deep
cellulitis
You may not participate in this study if
you:
- Have diabetic foot ulcers
- Have an infected human or animal bite
- Have gangrene
- Are HIV positive
- Have received an organ transplant within the past 6 months
- Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or intend to become pregnant
during the study
- Have participated in another research study within the last 30
days
