Trial Information
A Randomized Phase III Trial of Doxorubicin/Cisplatin/Paclitaxel and G-CSF versus Carboplatin/Paclitaxel in Patients with Stage III & IV or Recurrent Endometrial Cancer [GOG0209]
This research study is for women who have been diagnosed with
cancer of the endometrium (lining of the womb) that cannot be
treated with surgery or radiation therapy. The purpose of this
study is to find out whether treatment with the two-drug

standard three-drug combination of cisplatin, doxorubicin, and
paclitaxel. Study participants will be randomly assigned (by
chance) to receive either the 2-drug or the 3-drug
combination.
