Women Needed for Stress Incontinence Study
Women, do you:
- Leak urine when you laugh, sneeze, exercise or cough?
- Wear pads to protect against leakage?
- Avoid social situations because of you incontinence?
Our physicians are conducting a research study of an
investigational [medication][treatment] for stress urinary
incontinence. You may be eligible to take part. Qualified
participants receive all study-related care [at no charge],
including doctor visits, laboratory services and study
[medication][treatment].
Incontinence affects up to 30% of American women. Many women may
not seek treatment because they are too embarrassed to talk about
it, even with their physician, or they may feel it is an inevitable
part of getting older. Yet incontinence is often treatable, and
