Diabetic and suffering from symptoms of Neuropathy?

Are you a diabetic experiencing:

  • Sharp, burning, shooting, or stabbing pain
  • Tingling or numbness in the hands and feet
  • Mild weakness
  • Or loss of balance and coordination?

You may be suffering from Diabetic Sensorimotor Polyneuropathy (DSP), which is a major long-term complication of diabetes.

Diablo Clinical Research and Dr. Richard Weinstein are conducting a research study of an investigational medication for DSP.

You may qualify for the study if you:

  • Are aged 18-70 years.
  • Have Type 1 or 2 diabetes for over 6 months.
  • Have sharp, burning, shooting, or stabbing pain; tingling or numbness in the hands and feet; mild weakness; or loss of balance and coordination.

Qualified participants receive at no cost all study-related medications, tests and medical care, and study stipend.
