Trial Information
Cary Cardiology in Cary, NC is conducting a research study to compare the long-term effectiveness and safety of a medication for the treatment of Intermittent Claudication.
You may be eligible if you:
- Are at least 17 years of age
- Have lower extremity pain, aching, or fatigue while walking or
during other physical activity that stops when you rest
- Have peripheral arterial disease or PAD as diagnosed by a
physician
- Are currently treating your PAD with Plavix
If eligible, you will receive free study-related:
- Physical Examinations
- Office Visits
- Electrocardiogram
- Study Medication
