Eligibility

Be a female at least 18 years of age; have a diagnosis of IBS-D with (a) Onset of symptoms of IBS-D at least 6 months ago, (b)Recurrent abdominal pain or discomfort for at least 3 days per month in the last 3 months, (c) Loose or watery stools sometimes or most of the time / always in the last 3 months, and (d) More than 3 bowel movements per day sometimes or most of the time / always in the last 3 months.
