A 16 week study for patients with COPD being treated with Spiriva

A 16 week study for patients with COPD currently taking Spiriva

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Age 40-80 years
  • Diagnosed with COPD for over 6 months
  • Taking Spiriva 18 mg daily for at least 1 month
  • Smoking history of at least 10 pack years

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

  • Currently using oxygen therapy
  • Breathing exacerbation or hospitalization for breathing in the last 3 months
  • History of peptic ulcer, GI hemorrhage, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
  • Heart attack, stroke, epileptic seizure, hepatitis in the last 6 months
