Trial Information

54 week study for patients with COPD who have had at least 1 breathing exacerbation in the past 12 months

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety use of Perforomist in patients with COPD

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Age 40+
  • Smoking history of at least 10 pack years
  • 1 documented breathing exacerbation within the past 12 months

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

  • Prior use of Perforomist
  • Currently using oxygen therapy 12+ hours each day
  • Breathing exacerbation within the past 30 days
  • Current use of non-specific beta blockers, tricyclic antidepressants, leukotrine modifiers, theophylline
