A Phase 1, Multi-Center, Open-Label, Dose Escalation Study of I-131-CLR1404 in Subjects with Relapsed or Refractory Advanced Solid Malignancies

The main purpose of this study is to determine the recommended dose of the radioactive drug I-131-CLR1404 for treating people with cancer that either does not respond to treatment or has returned. The recommended dose that is determined in this study will be used as the optimal dose of I-131-CLR1404 in future research studies.The study will also look at the safety and pharmacokinetics of I-131-CLR1404 and determine its preliminary anti-tumor activity. Pharmacokinetics (PK) is the study of how long a drug stays in the body and how the body gets rid of the drug.
