Are you struggling with the mood swings of bipolar disorder?

Some days you feel on top of the world and like nothing can get you down. Your thoughts race, you don’t sleep much, and you’re excited about life. Then you sink into depression, feeling tired, sad and worthless. These extreme mood swings make life difficult. Bipolar disorder is not your fault and you have options.
