Trial Information

New Investigational Medication for patients with moderate to severe COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)

This is a 12 week treatment study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of once daily inhaled medication compared to a once daily inhaled tiotropium 18mcg and placebo treatment for patients with COPD.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Age 40 or greater with a diagnosis of COPD
  • Current or ex-smoker with a history of >10 pack years

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

  • Must not have a history of asthma
