Trial Information

Phase II, double blind, efficacy and safety study of Enzalutamide vs. Bicalutamide in men with prostate cancer who have failed primary androgen deprivation therapy.

This study compares the effect of treatment with enzalutamide (formerly known as MDV3100) to the effect of treatment with bicalutamide in prostate cancer patients whose cancer has progressed while receiving hormone therapy.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

Men who are currently receiving hormonal treatment and are still progressing

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

Current treatment with bicalutamide and history of seizures
