YOU can make a difference for the future of women’s health.

If you are thinking about getting pregnant in the next year, you may be able to help us study the effectiveness of a non-hormonal birth control gel.

What

The purpose of this research study is to test the safety and effectiveness of an investigational spermicide that is being compared to a commercially available spermicide. Spermicides are known to be less effective at preventing pregnancy, so there is a chance that you could get pregnant while in the study. Study participation includes 5 visits over 7 of your menstrual cycles or approximately 7 months.

Who

  • Healthy women 18-45 years old who are in a sexually active relationship with only one man many be eligible to participate.

Pay

Participants will be paid for time and travel.
