Research Study Summary

The Flu Stinks, So Protect Yourself!


Did you know that adults 65 years or older may get better protection against the flu from a higher dose of the flu vaccine?

We are currently looking for volunteers at least 65 years of age to participate in a research study comparing two licensed flu vaccines. Participants must not have received a flu vaccine for the 2012 flu season.

Study participants will receive all study-related care as well as a study flu vaccine.

Patient Duration: Approximately 9 months

Patient Compensation: Compensation is available to eligible participants.

Number of visits: At least 1 clinic visit and regular phone calls

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Males and Females 65 and older
