Trial Information

A study for patients who have moderate to severe pain associated with endometriosis

A study of an investigational medication for the treatment of endometriosis

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Patients who are a premenopausal female, between 18 and 49 years of age
  • Patient has a clinical diagnosis of endometriosis

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

  • Patient cannot be pregnant or breast feeding
  • Patient is less than 6 months postpartum, post-abortion, or post-pregnancy at the time of entry into the Screening Period
  • Patient has a surgical history of: hysterectomy (with or without oophorectomy), bilateral oophorectomy, vagotomy, bowel resection or any surgical procedure (including gastric surgery) that might interfere with gastrointestinal motility, pH, or absorption
  • any major surgery (including laparotomy for endometriosis) within 6 months or any surgery (including laparoscopy for endometriosis) within 3 months prior to Screening, or is scheduled for a surgical procedure during the course of the study.
