CALGB 100701/BMT CTN 0804: Phase II Study of Reduced-Intensity Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplant for High-Risk Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)

The purpose of this study is to find out what effects (good and bad) this treatment has on research participants with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and on their CLL.  This research is being done to improve the outcomes of research participants diagnosed with CLL who may have high risk features or who have had their disease return after receiving chemotherapy.
