Endometriosis

The purpose of this study is to test the safety and effectiveness of different doses of elagolix compared to placebo (inactive substance) in managing moderate to severe pain associated with endometriosis.

Patient Inclusion Critiera:

  • Premenopausal female between 18 and 49 years of age.

Patient Exclusion Critiera:

  • History of severe, life threatening or other significant sensitivity to any drug.
  • Currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • HIV
  • Hysterectomy
  • Fibroids
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome
  • Fibromyalgia
