Bipolar Disorder Type I

Males and Females between 18 and 75 years of age, suffering of Bipolar Disorder

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Documented history of Bipolar Disorder

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

List of Excluded Medical Conditions:

No bipolar I diagnosis history or current diagnosis of fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic pain syndrome, or sleep apnea, a history of cancer that had been in remission for less than 5 years prior to the first study medication dose. This criterion does not include basal cell or cell carcinoma of the skin.

Patient is not taking Lithium or Depakote
