Efficacy and Tolerability of Nanoparticle Albumin Bound Paclitaxel (Abraxane) in Patients 65 and Older with Metastatic Breast Cancer

You have been asked to participate in this research study because you have breast cancer that has spread to other parts of your body and you are going to receive treatment with the drug, nab-paclitaxel.  The purpose of this study is to evaluate the tolerability and effectiveness of this treatment.  Your treatment on this study is expected to last as long as your disease does not worsen and you do not have unmanageable side effects.  After your treatment on this study is over, your medical condition will continue to be followed for 30 days or until all significant side effects have resolved to levels at the start of study.
