Trial Information

Do you have asthma and allergies have been treated with prednisone in the last 18 months? If so you may qualify for an asthma study.

The Clinical Research Center in St. Louis, Mo is conducting a clinical trial to evaluate an investigational drug for asthma. The study consists of 18 office visits over the course of 84 weeks. The medication is given by subcutaneous injection.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:
You Must Meet these Requirements to Participate:

  • Diagnosis of Asthma and Allergies
  • Must be 18 to 75 years of age
  • Treatment with Prednisone for your Asthma in the past 18 months
  • Must be Using a Combination Inhaler for the Past 3 months
  • Must have Ongoing Asthma Symptoms despite Treatment

Patient Exclusion Criteria:
The Following Conditions will Exclude You from Participating:

  • Any Pre-Existing Lung Conditions other than Asthma
  • Unexplained Chronic Diarrhea
  • History of Anaphylaxis
  • Use of Omalizumab in the last 6 months
