Trial Information

This study is evaluating an FDA approved medication to prevent future heart attacks, stroke and possibly diabetes. The medication is designed to reduce systemic inflammation in the body.

This study is evaluating a medication for the prevention of future heart attacks, Strokes, and possibly Type 2 Diabetes.

The theory is, by reducing systemic inflammation, future heart attacks, strokes and possibly diabetes can be prevented. As a part of the study subject will have C-reactive protein tests performed. This new inflammation test may be an indicator of impending cardiovascular events.

Receive $50.00 per visit.
All labs, ECGs and study related care are provided at no cost.
Insurance is not needed to participate.
You will keep you current doctors and cardiologists.
You will NOT stop any of your current heart medications.
No cost to participate
Completely voluntary, you can withdraw at any time for any reason.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Be over 18 years of age.
  • Have had a previous heart attack.

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

  • Must not have a history of cancer.
