Trial Information

Research study for people with uncontrolled severe Asthma. If you are taking inhaled corticosteroids, need to use rescue several times a week and if you have been sick with asthma worsening more than two times during last year; you may be eligible to participate in our asthma study.

A year long study participation plus 5 months of follow up period, all study participants will receive study drug, and they will be allowed to remain in their asthma controller medications.

All participants receive at no cost physical exams, lung function and blood testing and financial compensation for time and traveling.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • 18 to 75 years of age
  • Using Inhaled Corticosteroids daily for at least 6 months
  • A history of 2 or more asthma worsening that required prednisone steroid treatment
