Depression with Fibromyalgia

A Phase 3B Multicenter, Double-Blind, Randomized, Placebo Controlled, 2 Way Crossover Study of Pregabalin in the Treatment of Fibromyalgia with Concurrent Antidepressant Therapy For Comorbid Depression (Protocol A0081275)

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Men or Women who are at least 18 years of age
  • Documented diagnosis of depression

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

  • Use of prohibited pain/sleep medications Washout required prior to study entry
  • Subjects with pain due to other conditions
  • Clinically unstable, cardiovascular, hematological, autoimmune, endocrine, renal, hepatic, retinal or gastrointestinal disease.
