Pancreatic Cancer - Adults

A randomized, open-label phase II multicenter study evaluating the efficacy of oral Everolimus alone or in combination with Pasireotide LAR i.m. in advanced progressive pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNET) –The COOPERATE-2 study People with advanced pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Montefiore Medical Center.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:
You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Have been diagnosed with advanced pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor.

Patient Exclusion Criteria:
You may not participate in this study if you:

  • Are a woman who is pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Are a man whose partner is pregnant
  • Have a history of syncope (episodes of fainting)
  • Have a family history of sudden death
  • Have any severe and/or uncontrolled medical conditions
