Investigational Combination Vaccine Study for Ages 4 through 6

This is a research study of an investigational combination vaccine for healthy children between the ages of 4 and 6. The research study compares an investigational vaccine combining polio vaccine with DTaP (diptheria, tetanus and pertussis) in one injection to the separate polio and DTaP vaccines. Qualified volunteers will receive: study vaccine or vaccines at no charge; receive study-related health exams by a team of healthcare professionals including a study nurse and a study doctor; receive compensation for time and travel expenses. The Principal Investigator is Lisa Turner, M.D.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • 4 through 6 years of age (have not yet had their 7th birthday)
  • Up to date on vaccinations
  • Are in good health
