Research Study Summary
Irritable Bowel Syndrome - diarrhea predominant clinical trial.
This study is evaluating the effectiveness of an investigational drug in reducing abdominal pain and the number of bowel movements.
Duration: Up to 5 visits over 10 weeks
Investigational medication and all study-related care are provided to qualified participants, at no charge including:
- Physical exams
- Lab work
- Colonoscopy ( included if needed)
Qualified participants will receive compensation up to $300 for time and travel.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:
To qualify you must:
- Be between the ages of 18 and 70
- Be diagnosed with history of IBS-d symptoms
- Suffer from symptoms of IBS-d including abdominal pain or discomfort
