Administrative Supplement to Expand NCI-Supported Community Outreach Capacity through Community Health Educators (CHEs) of the National Outreach Network

You have been asked to participate in this research study because you are a cancer patient/survivor who has a pre-menopausal breast cancer diagnosis, or has prostate, colon, ovarian, or lung cancer diagnosed at age 50 or less. Patient/survivor who participates in this study may not be related to the family member who has participated in this study. The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception and receptivity of ethnicity minorities (e.g., Latina- and Chinese-American) on Biospecimen Banking. This information can help health care professionals design better health education materials that are appropriate to your language and culture. Your participation in this study is expected to last about 60 minutes for an in-depth interview, and 30 minutes for educational materials evaluation. The duration of the entire study will be 12 months.
