A Phase II Study of Pazopanib in the Treatment of Surgically Unresectable or Metastatic Chondrosarcoma

You have been asked to participate in this research study because you have a type of bone cancer called chondrosarcoma that has spread to other parts of your body or is not able to be removed with surgery. The purpose of this research study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the investigational drug pazopanib in research participants with chondrosarcoma. Your treatment on this study is expected to last for as long as your tumor is not growing and you are not having any unmanageable side effects. After your treatment on this study is over, your medical condition will continue to be followed for 30 days or until you have recovered from all side effects of the treatment.
