Trial Information

When you have overactive bladder, the need to find the bathroom can be urgent and immediate.

We are conducting a research study of a study medication for overactive bladder. The symptoms can include: Strong, sudden urges to urinate. The need to urinate frequently. Repeated wetting episodes.

If you take part in this study, we will ask you to attend four clinic visits and one telephone visit over a 16 week period. You will receive study medication or placebo (an inactive substance) and study-related medical care at no cost. You may also be compensated for your time and travel.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:
Male or female, 18 years of age or older. Overactive bladder symptoms for at least 6 months.

Patient Exclusion Criteria:
Neurologic conditions, significant pelvic organ prolapse, symptoms of predominately stress urinary incontinence, history of major lower urinary tract/pelvic surgery.
