Diabetic struggling with your weight?

Community Research is looking for volunteers who would like to participate in a research study to evaluate the safety and effect of an investigational drug on diabetics who are overweight or obese.
If you are over 18 years old, have diabetes, are overweight or obese and, have been treated with diet and exercise or a stable dose of primarily metformin or glitazone for at least 3 months you may qualify! Participation will last up to 15 months.

Patient Inclustion Criteria:
If you qualify for this study, you will receive:

  • Study related procedures provided at no cost
  • Study related physical examinations and lab tests
  • Study related monitoring and ongoing evaluations throughout the study
  • Monthly dietary counseling
  • Financial compensation for participation and travel
