Trial Information

Dr. John Corbelli and his Research Staff at Buffalo Cardiology and Pulmanory Associates, P.C., are participating in a Study that is investigating a Research Intravenus Infusion drug that is being studied at this time for its safety and effectivemness in reducing plaque in the heart arteries.

Patients are eligible if they present with chest pain or a heart attack at Millard Fillmore hospitals and are scheduled for a coronary angiogram. Eligible patients will receive a total of six, one hour infusions of the study medication or placebo given over a 5 week period. After the infusions are complete, patients will be required to return for another angiogram.

The study medication, study procedures, and the 2nd angiogram are provided free. There is no cost to the patient for participating in this study
