A double-blind, placebo and active controlled evaluation of the safety and efficacy of Cariprazine in the acute exacerbation of Schizophrenia

To evaluate the safety, efficacy, and tolerability of cariprazine relative to placebo in patients with acute exacerbation of schizophrenia. Please note there is a four week inpatient portion of this study.
