A Phase 3, Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Parallel Group Efficacy and Safety Trial of Bapineuzumab (AAB-001) in Subjects with Mild to Moderate Alzheimer’s Disease who are Apolipoprotein E e4 Carriers

The purpose of this study is to test if bapineuzumab is effective and safe in treating Alzheimer’s Disease. This will be done during this study using tests that show how you are doing over time with memory, day to day activities, and other measures of brain function and disease.
