Trial Information

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Adults with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus may participate in a research study being conducted by the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • Are 18 to 75 years old
  • Weigh at least 88 pounds
  • Are willing to stop other forms of experimental treatment for systematic lupus erythematosus for the duration of this study

You may not participate in this study if you:

  • Are a female who is pregnant or breast feeding
  • Have received more than one dose of the investigational drug, sifalimumab, prior to this study
  • Have been enrolled in any other clinical study and have been taking an investigational drug within 4 weeks of this study
