Sperm Banking Among Adolescents Newly Diagnosed with Cancer: Development of a Profiling and Referral Tool

You have/Your child has been asked to participate in this research study because you have/your child has been identified by your/your child’s health care provider as being at risk for infertility related to cancer treatment. The purpose of this study is to understand the factors important to young cancer patients and their families when making decisions about banking sperm to preserve one’s fertility. Your/your child’s participation in this study is expected to last approximately 20 minutes.
