Heart Failure. Offering Hope for the Future.

Physicians are conducting a research study for people with heart failure. By participating in this study, you may help develop other treatment options for yourself and future generations of heart failure patients. As a person with heart failure you may qualify to take part in this study if you meet study criteria and are currently taking specific medications to treat your illness. If you qualify you will receive study related care at no cost including: Physical exams, physician visits and laboratory services, study-related medication for heart failure.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • You must be diagnosed with Chronic Heart Failure (CHF)
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must be taking medications for your CHF

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

  • You can not be participating in or have participated in a clinical research study within the past 30 days
  • You can not have had a heart transplant or be on a transplant list
