Do you suffer from chronic, moderate to severe pain?

A Multi-center, Primary Care-Based, Open-Label Study to Assess the Success of Converting Opioid-Experienced Patients, with Chronic, Moderate to Severe Pain, to EMBEDA™ Using a Standardized Conversion Guide, and to Identify Behaviors Related to Prescription Opioid Abuse, Misuse, and Diversion

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Patient is at least 21 years of age
  • Chronic (>3 month) moderate to severe pain who requires around the clock opioid use

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

  • Allergy / Intolerance to morphine or other opiates
  • Acute / Severe asthma or Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
  • Patient reports migraine as the primary pain source
  • Patient has had more than 2 lower back pain surgeries
