BMT CTN 0801: A Phase II/III Randomized, Multicenter Trial Comparing Sirolimus plus Prednisone, Sirolimus/Extracorporeal Photopheresis plus Prednisone, and Sirolimus/Calcineurin Inhibitor plus Prednisone for the Treatment of Chronic Graft-versus-Host Disease

You are being asked to take part in this study because you have chronic Graft versus Host Disease (GVHD) that has either not responded well to standard therapy or your doctor feels that it is high-risk. The primary goals of this study are to compare three treatments for chronic GVHD and evaluate how well your chronic GVHD responds to your treatment. If you agree, we will also collect extra blood samples for future research on GVHD. Your study participation will last for 3 years, and includes your treatment and follow-up.
