Trial Information

Preschoolers Needed for Washington University Research Study.

Michael Gaffrey, Ph.D and Joan Luby M.D. will look at brain development in children who demonstrate signs or symptoms of depression compared to children without these symptoms. There are 2 study visits over 7 - 10 days. The first visit is about 4 hours; the second visit is about 1.5 hours.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Preschoolers age 3 - 6
  • With and without symptoms of depression

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

  • Autism spectrum disorders
  • Neurological disorders
  • Metal implants in the body
  • Pervasive developmental disorder
