You have been asked to participate in this research study because you are at least 18 years old and have breast or ovarian cancer or have relatives with breast or ovarian cancer. The purpose of this research study is to increase understanding of the genetic, environmental, and medical risk factors associated with breast, ovarian, and other cancers. Your participation in this study is expected to last about one hour and will involve providing a blood sample and completing a questionnaire. You will be asked to sign a medical release form if you have had cancer, had any surgeries to prevent cancer, or if you have had genetic testing for breast cancer genes.
