Metastatic, Androgen-Independent study for patients with Prostate Cancer

Phase II study to assess safely, efficacy and tolerability of three doses of a study medication in patients with Metastatic, Androgen-Independent Prostate Cancer

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Males at least 18 years and older
  • Must have confirmed prostate adenocarcinoma with metastatic, progressive disease while on androgen deprivation therapy
  • PSA ≥ 5ng/ml

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

  • Prior chemotherapy for prostate cancer
  • Prior radiation therapy for prostate cancer
  • History of cardiac conditions
  • Prohibited study medications
